Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1-1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 2-pound salmon filet
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Process
- Preheat the oven to 375° F.
